During lockdown it was a genuine honour to take part in this interview stretching many messages with Tartine de contrebasse. I talk about music, collaborations, mastering and labels. It is an honest assessment of my time in Japan and pretty blunt about the good and bad of running a label that started before streaming and the increased digitisation of music was really a thing.

Special mention to James Murray, Samuel Landry, Stefano Guzzetti, Stijn Hüwels, Dauw Label, and of course my wife Leonora Sophie, who have been endlessly supportive in recent years, alongside many others of course. It feels like a perfect summary of where things have been, how things are, and as we moved the label back to the UK fully, where we are heading.
